BOGBALLE is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of fertiliser spreaders and with its new range of M- Line series spreaders it has continued this trend.
The new M35W, M45W and M60W from Bogballe is packed with features that is highly required by both professional farmers and contractors. This range of spreaders in particular are regarding more capacity, better efficiency’s and more GPS solutions.
The new and attracting design with LED lights integrated in the reflector board makes a good impression and with a lot of other smart integrated solutions that makes spreading easier. Bogballe have appeared to have well thought out every detail with the series of M-Line spreaders.
With a range of expandable sides available, each Bogballe spreader can easily be customised to suit the customer’s specific size of machine they require. In addition to that, the new and more flexible outlet is providing application rates up to 650kg/min, but also still offering the micro outlet that can spread seeds from 3kg/ha. Changing between the 4 different settings has now also been made easier with a specially designed tool that assists with rotating the flow-outlet above each spinner. The outlet controls the exact rate, in conjunction with the fully automated weighing technique and the developed double shutter on each side of the hopper. Opening asymmetric, this ensures that the drop point stays correct regardless of the forward speed and application rate setting.
Since Bogballe – the first in the world to launch GPS controlled spreading back in 1991, the range of compatible GPS devices controlling the spreader has now grown to more than 25 variations. This enables the use of both automatic section control and at the same time distributing the fertilizer according to application maps. Also available as an option, Bogballe offer the “dual dynamic” section control in connection with dynamic section control and application maps the fertilizer can be distributed left or right individually with high accuracy according to GPS coordinates. This system is also available via the Bogballe Calibrator Free app on a suitable Android tablet.
Efficient and easy cleaning of the Bogballe Spreader has a high priority on the customer’s wish list. Newly developed integrated deflectors and cleaning holes gratifies this and gives effortless access for cleaning. The deflectors guides the water to the most hidden corners of the chassis. Further to this screens, outlets, mudguards and reflector boards can be folded out for easy access and careful cleaning.
With all new Bogballe products that are launched to the market, each new model has been thoroughly tested in practice by test host in selected European Countries.
